Because both players are so tanky, NethOP rewards patience and regeneration management. Testers watch whether you re-engage at the right time, whether you waste cooldowns early, and whether you can keep consistent pressure across a long fight instead of fading after the first exchange.

How to climb the NethOP tier list

The mistake that keeps players in Tier 3 and below is treating NethOP like a burst gamemode. Going all-in early burns your cooldowns while the opponent is still healthy. Instead, trade in short windows, keep your regeneration running, and force the opponent to commit first. The higher tiers are decided by who controls the pace of the fight, not by who lands the first big hit.
